Delivery & Returns
- Delivery is included in the price for orders to all UK locations with the exception of Northern Ireland, remote Scottish Highlands, Scottish islands, and other offshore islands.
We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase.
- If you do not wish to keep any item you have ordered it may be returned to us for a refund.
- We need to be notified in writing within 7 days of receipt of your birdhouse that you wish to return the item. Your birdhouse must be returned within 7 days of that notification.
- After 7 days we reserve the right to refuse unwanted goods.
- All items must be returned in unused condition and in the original packaging or packaging of equal quality at your expense to qualify for a refund. The refund will be made to the credit/debit card you used to make the purchase, or if you paid by PayPal to your PayPal account. Payments by cheque will be refunded by a cheque.
- We reserve the right to refuse to accept any goods returned back to us that are not in their original condition or packaging.
- The cost of return postage/delivery will be at your own expense unless the goods are faulty.
- Items remain your responsibility until it reaches us. For your own protection, we recommend you send the item(s) by recorded delivery or using a delivery service that has a tracking service and insures you for the value of the goods.
- When we have accepted the goods back in original unused condition we shall refund your money, excluding the original delivery costs. The refund will be made within 28 days of receiving goods back. Refunds will be made to your debit/credit card via birdhousefollies.com online payment facility.
